Alternative forms

  • cum-, cun- In certain verbs where conjugation intonations can fall on the "cu" and where a proceeding consonant doesn't assimilate the "m" also in derivative terms from aforementioned verbs. By analogy with conjugated forms, some infinitives may change the "u" to "o", e.g. "conteni".
  • co-, coa- In certain verbs where intonation falls on the prefix of the verb infinitive, e.g. "coase".
