English
Etymology
Noun
nonincentive (plural nonincentives)
- That which is not an incentive.
- 2001, David A. Aaker, Developing Business Strategies, page 145:
- Xerox, for example, had a virtual monopoly on copiers in the 1960s, and because of its lease strategy, had a money flow that was difficult to spend. There were therefore significant nonincentives for Xerox to invent a small office copier.
