reverse integration (uncountable)

  1. (computing) The process of merging different team branches into the main trunk of a versioning system.
  2. (sociology) A form of social integration where the dominant group integrates with the minority or marginalized, rather than the other way round, e.g. where able-bodied people take part in parasports.
