sequential continuity (uncountable)

1. (mathematical analysis) The property of a function ${\displaystyle f}$ between metric spaces, that given a convergent sequence ${\displaystyle x_{n}\rightarrow x^{*}}$, then ${\displaystyle f(x_{n})\rightarrow f(x^{*})}$, i.e. the property of a function that it preserves sequential convergence.
