1. (video games, transitive) To render (a character) unable to move or react by repeatedly hitting them and keeping them in a stunned state.

   I got stunlocked by that boss's electric attack and died.

2. (figurative, transitive) To make (someone) freeze, not knowing how to respond or react, by doing something unexpected or shocking.
