      Though Mr. Laudonio, 29, and Ms. Tan, 27, both have day jobs – he owns a catering company and she does economic research in Africa for a business trade publisher – they also have plenty of nightlife experience. They met two and a half years ago at the Winter Music Conference in Miami, the biggest attraction in the United States for technoheads.
