topcase (plural topcases)

1. Synonym of trunk (“storage compartment fitted behind the seat of a motorcycle, sometimes on bycicles or other vehicules”).

     One prototype was also fitted with a combination topcase/passenger backrest, while the other sported a variation on the R1200C's flip-up setup.
