The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) is a government-owned and controlled corporation established on 23 June 1973 by Presidential Decree No. 205. It is attached to the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and provides training, policy research, and consultancy services for government and private-sector managers.
