The diocesan cathedral is Trinity Cathedral in downtown Pittsburgh. The Rt. Rev. Ketlen A. Solak was consecrated and seated as its current bishop in autumn 2021. In 2014, the diocese reported 2,375 average Sunday attendance; in 2024, it reported 1,751.
