He is the first man in history to win Grand Slam singles titles on three different surfaces in a calendar year and is the youngest (24) in the Open Era to achieve the Career Grand Slam. He is the fourth man in history to complete the double Career Grand Slam in singles, after Roy Emerson, Rod Laver, and Novak Djokovic.
