Nagar and adjacent localities, such as Pondy Bazaar, Kodambakkam, Ashok Nagar, K. K. Nagar, MGR Nagar, Vadapalani and West Mambalam. It is one of the 234 State Legislative Assembly Constituencies in Tamil Nadu.
