En psikologio, Kongrueco estas kohera stato de psiko, kiam homo povas esti sincera. Ĉe kongrueca homo ĉiuj partoj de psiko laboras kune por unu celo. Kongruecon aŭ ĝian foreston pli facile rimarki ekstere de psiko ol memstare. Ĉi tiun terminon komencis uzi Carl Rogers. Ekzemploj de malkungrueca konduto: flatado, trompo.
