Kennelly-Heaviside'i kiht ehk Heaviside'i kiht ehk E-kiht on kiht ionosfääris 90–150 km kõrgusel maapinnast. Ta paikneb D- ja F-kihi vahel.
Selles kihis koosneb õhk ioniseeritud gaasist, vabade elektronide kontsentratsioon ulatub seal Ne=1011/m³[1]. Ta peegeldab keskmise pikkusega raadiolaineid ja see võimaldab raadiolainete levimist horisondi taha.
Kennelly-Heaviside'i kiht sai nime Arthur Edwin Kennelly ja Oliver Heaviside'i järgi. Selle kihi olemasolu ennustasid aastal 1902 sõltumatult ja peaaegu samaaegselt ameerika elektriinsener Arthur Edwin Kennelly (1861–1939) ja Briti füüsik Oliver Heaviside (1850–1925). Aastal 1924 tõestas kihi olemasolu Briti teadlane Edward Victor Appleton, kes sai selle eest aastal 1947 Nobeli füüsikaauhinna. Aastal 1925 määrasid ameeriklased Gregory Breit ja Merle A. Tuve esimestena selle kihi ulatuse kõikumise.
