Kertši väina sild (ka Krimmi sild) on auto- ja raudteesild üle Kertši väina, mis ühendab Venemaa poolt 2014. aastal okupeeritud ja annekteeritud Krimmi poolsaart Ukrainas Tamani poolsaarega Krasnodari krais Venemaal.
Kertši väina silla rajamise ettepanekuid oli tehtud juba 20. sajandi algusest saadik. Teise maailmasõja ajal 1943. aastal ehitas Natsi-Saksamaa üle Kertši väina köisraudtee ning alustas ka maantee ja raudtee ehitamist. Ehitus jäid aga pooleli ning sild lasti Saksa vägede taandumisel õhku. NSV Liit püstitas säilinud ehitusmaterjalidest seejärel Kertši raudteesilla pikkusega 4,5 km. Ajutise ehitisena kavandatud ning projekteerimis- ja ehitusvigade tõttu oli sild nõrga konstruktsiooniga ning sai aga 1945. aasta veebruari lõpus tõsiselt kahjustada Aasovi mere tuulte mõjul silla vastu surutud jää tõttu.[1] Ajutise silla taastamise plaanist loobuti ja silla jäänused demonteeriti. 1947. aastal otsustati rajada püsiv sillakonstruktsioon raudtee ja kahe sõiduraja jaoks. 1950. aastal silla rajamise ehitustööd siiski peatati ning arendati välja Kertši väina parvlaevaületus.[1]
1990. aastate alguses kuulutati välja Kertši väina transpordiprojekti (silla ja kahe tunneli) konkurss. Krimmi võimud uskusid, et see projekt parandab kontakte Venemaaga. Sillaehituse küsimust arutati Ukraina valitsuses 2006. aastal ning riikide peaministrite tasemel ka 2008. aastal.[2]
Ukraina president Viktor Janukovõtš ja Venemaa president Dmitri Medvedev sõlmisid 25. aprillil 2010 kokkuleppe ehitada üle Kertši väina sild.[3] Sama aasta 26. novembril koostasid Venemaa ja Ukraina ühiste kavatsuste memorandumi silla ehitamiseks üle Kertši väina.[4][5] Kavandatud arendus aga katkes peale seda kui toimus Krimmi annekteerimine Venemaa poolt.[6]
Veebruaris 2014. aastal andis Venemaa valitsus riiklikule tee-ehitusettevõttele Avtodor ülesande teha silla tasuvusuuring. Märtsis 2014 tegi peaminister Dmitri Medvedev Avtodorile korralduse luua silla ehituse teostuseks tütarettevõte.[7] Maksumuseks arvestati 212,5 miljardit rubla 2015. aasta hindades.
Silla ehitus algas 2015. aastal, autosild valmis 2018. aastal ja raudteesild 2019. aastal. Sild avati sõiduautode ja busside liikluseks ametlikult 16. mail 2018. Esimese sõidu tegi veoauto roolis Vladimir Putin. Silla maksumus oli 3,6 miljardit dollarit.[8] Selle kogupikkus on 19 km ja see on pikim Venemaal läbi aegade ehitatud sild.[9] Mõnedel andmetel on see ka Euroopa pikim sild.[10]
Esimesel ekspluatatsiooniaastal (16. maist 2018 kuni 15. maini 2019) ületas silla 5 miljonit sõidukit (sh ligi 500 tuhat veoautot ja üle 60 tuhande bussi), mis oli enam kui 3 korda suurem Kertši parvlaevaülesõidu vastavast näitajast kogu 2017. aasta kohta (1,6 miljonit sõidukit).[11]
Silla Krimmi-poolsel osal toimus Venemaa-Ukraina sõja ajal 2022. aasta 8. oktoobri varahommikul plahvatus, süttis rong ja purunes kaks autotee sõidurada.[12][13]
Uued plahvatused Kertši sillal leidsid aset 2023. aasta 17. juulil, kui said purustusi silla autotee kaks sildeava, kuid silla raudtee osa ei saanud kahjustada.[14]
Ukraina võimud teatasid 2023. aasta aprillis, et Ukraina plaanib pärast Krimmi vabastamist Kertši silla hävitada.[15]
