Sergei Ivanovitš Šmatko (vene Сергей Иванович Шматко; 26. september 1966 Stavropol – 7. november 2021) oli Venemaa poliitikategelane ja ettevõtja, energeetikaminister 2008. aasta maist kuni 2012. aasta maini.
Aastatel 2005–2008 oli ta Atomstroieksporti president.
2009. aastast Gazpromi nõukogu liige.
