Tony Oladipo Allen (Lagos, 1940ko abuztuaren 12a - Paris, 2020ko apirilaren 30a) nigeriar musikaria izan zen, afrobeat estiloaren ordezkari nagusietako bat. Fela Kutiren Africa '70 taldeko bateria-jotzaile eta musikari zuzendaria izan zen 1968 eta 1979 bitartean. Fela Kutik esan zuen: "Allen gabe, ez litzateke Afrobeat existituko".
