Dunajská Streda (unk. Dunaszerdahely, saks. Niedermarkt) on kaupunki Slovakian lounaisosassa. Kaupungissa oli noin 22 700 asukasta vuoden 2019 arvioiden mukaan.[1]

Noin 23 000 asukkaan Dunajská Stredan väestöstä yli 80 prosenttia eli lähes 19 000 on unkarilaisia.lähde? Slovakkeja kaupungissa asuu nelisen tuhatta ja romaneja on muutamia satoja. Kaupungissa asuu myös muutaman kymmenen hengen suuruinen saksalainen vähemmistö. Toiseen maailmansotaan asti kaupungissa oli huomattava määrä juutalaista väestöä. Vuoden 1930 väestönlaskennassa he muodostivat noin 40% osuuden Dunajská Stredan asukkaista, unkarilaisia oli puolet ja slovakkeja noin 10%.lähde?
Dunajská Stredan kaupunkikuva on muodostuu pääosin modernista rakennuskannasta. Sen vanhat rakennukset purettiin lähes kokonaan 1950–1980-luvuilla ja korvattiin sosialistista realismia edustavalla arkkitehtuurilla. 1990-luvulla Dunajská Stredan keskusta rakennettiin uudelleen unkarilaisen arkkitehdin Imre Makoveczin suunnitelmien pohjalta.
