Kertšinsalmi (ven. Керченский пролив, Kertšenski proliv, ukr. Керченська протока, Kertšenska protoka, krimintat. Keriç boğazı) on noin 40 kilometriä pitkä Asovanmeren ja Mustanmeren yhdistävä kapea salmi, joka jää Krimin niemimaan itäisimmän osan eli Kertšin niemimaan ja Kaukasian puolella olevan Tamanin niemimaan väliin. Salmi on kapeimmillaan pohjoisosassaan, jossa se on vain 3–5 kilometriä leveä. Mustaanmereen avautuvassa eteläpäässä leveys on noin 14 kilometriä. Kertšin kaupunki sijaitsee salmen keskivaiheilla Kertšin niemimaan puolella.[1] Salmi on 5–13 metriä syvä. Se tunnettiin antiikin aikana Krimin Bosporuksena.[2]
Alueella syntyi vuonna 2003 kriisi, kun Venäjä ryhtyi rakentamaan patoa Tamanin niemimaalta kohti salmessa Ukrainan puolella rajaa sijaitsevaa Tuzlan saarta. Padon rakennustyöt keskeytettiin ja myöhemmin osapuolten välillä solmittu sopimus määritti salmen yhteiskäyttöön. Venäjä kuitenkin kyseenalaisti saaren kuulumisen Ukrainalle vuonna 2005, ja asiasta ei ole päästy sopimukseen.[1][3]
