Le championnat d'Ouzbékistan de football, aussi appelé Super Ligue d'Ouzbékistan (en ouzbek : O'zbekiston Superligasi) a été créée en 1992, l'année suivant l'indépendance de l'État. Seize clubs participent à la compétition.
