O Lozoya é un río da Península Ibérica que atravesa transversalmente o norte da Comunidade de Madrid, e desemboca no río Jarama na provincia de Guadalaxara (Castela-A Mancha).

Este curso de auga ten a súa fonte no Parque Natural de Peñalara, na vertente madrileña da serra de Guadarrama, e é o principal abastecedor de auga potábel da Comunidade de Madrid. A súa auga está considerada como unha das de maior calidade para o consumo humano de España.[1]
Ao longo do seu curso de 91 km é embalsado até en cinco ocasións. Seu principal encoro, o de El Atazar, é tamén o de maior capacidade de almacenamento de auga da rexión.
A súa conca coincide coa comarca da Serra Norte de Madrid, e ten unha superficie de 1 265 km². Seu curso forma o val do Lozoya, onde se encontra o municipio de Lozoya, do que o río toma seu nome.
