મિઝો ભારત દેશના પૂર્વ ભાગમાં આવેલા મિઝોરમ રાજ્યની એક ભાષા છે. ભારતમાં મિઝોરમ, બર્મા અને બાંગ્લાદેશના અમુક વિસ્તારોમાં આ ભાષા બોલવામાં આવે છે. મિઝો ભાષા મિઝોરમ રાજ્યની મુખ્ય ભાષા છે. આ ભાષાને લુશાઇ તરીકે પણ ઓળખવામાં આવે છે.[3]
