Պոնտե Վեկյո (Հին կամուրջ, իտալ.՝ Ponte Vecchio, կարդացվում է՝ ponte ˈvɛkkjo)[2][3], կամուրջ է Առնո գետի վրա, Ֆլորենցիայում։ Գետի ամենանեղ մասում է կառուցված, Ուֆֆիցի պատկերասրահի դիմաց։

Պոնտե Վեկյոն Ֆլորենցիայի ամենահին կամուրջն է և միակը, որ մնացել է իր նախնական տեսքով։ Կամուրջը այն տեղում է, որտեղ եղել են հին հռոմեական կամուրջ, որը քանդվել է 1117 թվականին և նրան հաջորդած՝ 1333 թվականի Առնոյի ջրհեղեղից քանդված կամուրջը։
Ներկա կամուրջը կառուցել է Ների դի Ֆյորավանտին 1345 թվականին։ Կառույցը երեք կամարով, 30 մետր երկարությամբ, ամուր և գեղեցիկ, քարե կամուրջ է։ Պոնտե Վեկյոի առանձնահատկությունը՝ երկու կողմից տների շարքն է, որը ընդհատվում է մեջտեղում, բացելով դիտահրապարակ, որտեղից կարելի էդիտել քաղաքի մյուս կամուրջները։
Կառույցի վրայով անցնում է Վազարիի միջանցքը (անվանված է ճարտարապետ Ջորջո Վազարիի անունով), որը կապում է պալացո Վեկյոն պալացո Պիտիին։ Կառուցվել է, որպեսզի Կոզիմո I Մեդիչին անվտանգ անցներ մի շինությունից մյուսը։ 16-րդ դարից կամրջի կրպակները վերածվեցին ոսկերչական արհեստանոցների և խանութների։ Այդ պատճառով կամուրջը կոչվում է նաև «Ոսկե կամուրջ»։ Ոսկերչական կրպակները խիստ վնասվել են 1966 թվականի ջրհեղեղի ժամանակ։ Կամրջի վրա է գտնվում քանդակագործ և ոսկերիչ Բենվենուտո Չելինիի կիսանդրին[4]։
