Gengoroh Tagame (田亀 源五郎, Tagame Gengorō, lahir 3 Februari 1964 ) adalah seorang mangaka asal Jepang. Dipandang sebagai pembuat paling berpengaruh dalam genre manga gay, ia memproduksi lebih dari 20 buku dalam empat bahasa sepanjang tiga dasawarsa.
