Si tratta dell'unico album inciso dal gruppo, il quale nacque come progetto parallelo degli Avenged Sevenfold. Al suo interno infatti erano presenti il batterista The Rev (fondatore del progetto), il chitarrista Synyster Gates e l'ex-bassista Justin Sane.
