フレディ・マクレガー（英: Freddie McGregor、1956年6月27日 - ）は、ジャマイカ・クラレンドン教区で生まれたレゲエ歌手である。

来歴

彼は、まだ小学生だった7歳の時にクラレンドニアンズに参加し、スタジオ・ワンで初録音をおこなった。[1]また、彼はジェネレーション・ギャップにも参加した。[2] 。ボブ・マーリー、アルトン・エリスなどの有名歌手に囲まれて育った。代表曲には「ボビー・バビロン」「ジャスト・ウォント・トゥ・ビー・ロンリー」などがある。日本では、デニス・ブラウン、シュガー・マイノット、グレゴリー・アイザックス、フレディ・マクレガーの四人は、レゲエ歌手の四天王などとも呼ばれた。彼は、ジャマイカの名曲の再演も録音した。
