開眼目（かいがんもく、Oegopsida）はイカの分類群の一つ。開眼亜目（かいがんあもく、Oegopsina）とされることもある。
特徴としては、眼球を覆う膜がなく水晶体が露出すること、浮遊性卵を産むことなどが挙げられる[1]。
深海性種が多いが、スルメイカやアメリカオオアカイカなど水産上の重要種も含む。
