3-ヒドロキシアシルCoAデヒドロゲナーゼ(3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase)は、次の化学反応触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

(S)-3-ヒドロキシアシルCoA + NAD+ 3-オキソアシルCoA + NADH + H+

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は(S)-3-ヒドロキシアシルCoANAD+、生成物は3-オキソアシルCoAとNADHとH+である。

組織名は(S)-3-hydroxyacyl-CoA:NAD+ oxidoreductaseで、別名にβ-hydroxyacyl dehydrogenase, β-keto-reductase, 3-keto reductase, 3-hydroxyacyl coenzyme A dehydrogenase, β-hydroxyacyl-coenzyme A synthetase, β-hydroxyacylcoenzyme A dehydrogenase, β-hydroxybutyrylcoenzyme A dehydrogenase, 3-hydroxyacetyl-coenzyme A dehydrogenase, L-3-hydroxyacyl coenzyme A dehydrogenase, L-3-hydroxyacyl CoA dehydrogenase, β-hydroxyacyl CoA dehydrogenase, β-hydroxyacyl coenzyme A dehydrogenase, 3-hydroxybutyryl-CoA dehydrogenase, β-ketoacyl-CoA reductase, β-hydroxy acid dehydrogenase, 3-L-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase, 3-hydroxyisobutyryl-CoA dehydrogenase, 1-specific DPN-linked beta-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenaseがある。
