루브로박테르아강

루브로박테르아강(Rubrobacteridae)은 방선균강의 5개의 아강 중 하나이다. 3목 5과 5속 11종으로 이루어져 있다. 최근에는 테르몰레오필룸목(Thermoleophilales)과 솔리루브로박테르목 (Solirubrobacterales)을 별도의 테르몰레오필룸아강(Thermoleophilidae)으로 분류하기도 한다.^[1]

계통 분류

아래 분류는 현재 인정되고 있는 원핵생물명 목록(List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature, LPSN)^[2]과 미국 국립생물공학정보센터(NCBI)^[3] 그리고 "현존하는 모든 생물 종의 계통수 프로젝트"(The All-Species Living Tree Project)의 16S rRNA 계통발생학 연구를 기초로 작성했다.^[1]
