부르스 M. 메츠거

브루스 매닝 메츠거 (Bruce Manning Metzger, 1914년 2월 9일 – 2007년 2월 13일)는 미국의 성서 학자 , 성서 번역가 , 본문비평가로 오랫동안 프린스턴 신학교의 교수였으며 미국성서공회와 연합성서회(UBS)의 이사로 활동한 성서 편집자였다. 그는 헬라어, 신약성서 , 신약성경 본문 비평의 학자였으며 이러한 주제에 대해 많은 글을 썼다. 메츠거는 20세기 가장 영향력 있는 신약성서 학자 중 한 사람이었다. 그는 1986년 미국철학협회 회원으로 선출되었다.
