알프레드 굿맨 길먼(영어: Alfred Goodman Gilman, 1941년 7월 1일 ~ 2015년 12월 23일)은 미국생화학자, 약리학[1]이다. 1994년에 세포막에 존재하는 G단백질을 발견한 공로로 마틴 로드벨과 함께 노벨 생리학·의학상을 수상했다.[2]
