에른스트 슈뢰더

프리드리히 빌헬름 칼 에른스트 슈뢰더(독일어: Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Ernst Schröder, 1841년 11월 25일~1902년 6월 16일)는 독일의 수학자이다.

생애

슈뢰더는 하이델베르크 대학교, 쾨니히스베르크 대학교, 취리히 대학교 등에서 루트비히 오토 헤세, 구스타프 키르히호프, 프란츠 에른스트 노이만 밑에서 수학을 배웠다. 수년 동안 학교에서 가르친 후 1874년에 다름슈타트 공과대학교로 자리를 옮겼다. 2년 후, 카를스루에 공과대학교에서 수학 교수로 부임하여 남은 여생을 보냈다. 또한 결혼 이력이 없는 독신이었다.
