이안 토렌스

이안 리차드 토렌스 (Iain Richard Torrance, 1949년 1월 13일 - )는 스코틀랜드 교회 목회자이자 신학자이다. 그는 애버딘 대학교 (University of Aberdeen ) 의 총장,^[1] 에든버러 대학교 (Edinburgh University)의 초기 기독교 교리 및 윤리학 명예 교수를 하였고, 현재 프린스턴 신학교의 총장이며.^[2] 그는 이전에는 스코틀랜드 교회 총회 의장을 했으며,^[3] 모랙 앤과 결혼하여 두 명의 자녀를 두었다. 한국에도 방문하였다. 그의 아버지는 유명한 신학자 토마스 F. 토렌스이다.
