현창기(玄昌騎, Chang-Kee Hyun, 1963년- )는 대한민국의 교수이다. 한동대학교 생명과학부 교수로 있으며 대사생화학 분야를 전공하고 있다. 관심 연구분야는 인슐린 저항성, 대사이상 지방간질환 등의 발병 분자기전에 기반한 치료제 개발, 대사질환과 염증성 장질환 간의 연계 기전, 장내균총 교란 관련 발병 및 치료 기전 등이다. 또한 기독교 세계관 및 기원과학 분야에도 관심을 두고 무신론적 진화론에 대한 비판적 고찰과 유신론적 과학이론의 대안적 제안 등에 대한 연구와 집필 활동을 수행해왔다.
