크론퀴스트 분류 체계는 속씨식물에 대한 식물 분류 체계의 하나이다. 이 분류 체계는 《속씨식물의 진화와 분류 (The Evolution and Classification of Flowering Plants)》(1968년, 1988년 제2판)과 《속씨식물의 통합 분류 체계(An Integrated System of Classification of Flowering Plants)》(1981년)라는 문헌을 통해, 아서 크론퀴스트(1919-1992년)에 의해 도입되었다.
크론퀴스트 분류 체계는 속씨식물을 2개의 주요 강, 쌍떡잎식물강과 백합강으로 분류한다. 이와 같은 도식은 초기 형태에서 또는 채택된 버전에 따라 아직도 널리 사용되지만, 다수의 식물학자들은 속씨식물의 목과 과의 분류를 위해 APG 분류를 채택하고 있다.
1981년의 《속씨식물의 통합 분류 체계》에서, 이 분류 체계는 64개 목에 321과로 구분되었다.
