Pieštianai (svk. Piešťany; vok. Pistyan; veng. Pöstyén; lenk. Pieszczany; ček. Píšťany) – miestas Trnavos krašte, Slovakijoje. Pieštianų apygardos administracinis centras. Didžiausias šalies kurortas. 27 855 gyventojai (2015 m. duomenys).

Pieštianai įsikūrę vakarų Slovakijoje, Vaho upės slėnyje, 162 m aukštyje virš jūros lygio. Miestas nutolęs 75 km į šiaurės rytus nuo Bratislavos ir 30 km į šiaurės rytus nuo Trnavos. Prieš Vaho upės srovę įsikūrę: Nove Mestas prie Vaho (19 km nuo Pieštianų) ir Trenčynas (40 km į šiaurės rytus), pasroviui – Hlohovecas (17 km).
Dabartinio miesto teritorijoje žmonės apsigyveno maždaug prieš 80 000 metų. Pirmą kartą paminėtas 1113 m., Pescan pavadinimu. Tuo metu buvo sudarytas iš kelių nedidelių gyvenviečių. Mineraliniai šaltiniai žinomi nuo viduramžių.
