Portobelas (isp. Portobelo) – miestas centrinėje Panamoje, Kolono provincijoje, Karibų jūros pakrantėje, prie Portovelo upės žiočių. Kelias į Koloną, nedidelis uostas. Verčiamasi turizmu.

Portobelas žymus savo kolonijinių laikų įtvirtinimais, 1980 m. įtrauktais į UNESCO pasaulio paveldo sąrašą. Mieste ir jo apylinkėse yra Santjago de la Glorijos, San Cheronimo, San Fernando, San Fernandino tvirtovių liekanos. Taip pat yra to meto Dieviškojo Šv. Jono bažnyčia, Šv. Pilypo bažnyčia, mersediečių ordino konventas, muitinė ir kiti XVII – XIX a. pastatai.
1502 m. Portobelo įlanką atrado Kristupas Kolumbas. 1597 m. Fransiskas Velardė i Merkadas įkūrė uostą, kurį pavadino San Felipe de Portobelu. XVI–XVIII a. jis buvo vienas svarbiausių Naujosios Granados uostų. Per jį gabentas auksas iš Peru (laivais buvo gabenamas iki Panamos uosto, toliau sausumos keliu („Kryžiaus keliu“) iki Portobelo, o iš čia – laivais į Ispaniją). Mieste vykdavo didelės mugės. Nors Portobelo uostas buvo gerai įtvirtintas, gausūs tauriųjų metalų lobiai itin viliojo piratus. 1592 m. čia žuvo garsus anglų piratas Frensis Dreikas. Tačiau 1601 m. miestą apiplėšė Viljamas Parkeris, o 1688 m. – Henris Morganas. Paskutinį kartą Portobelas nusiaubtas 1739 m. Nuo to laiko uosto reikšmė sumenko, dalis krovinių buvo gabenama pro Filipinus.
