Ričardas Erskinas Likis (angl. Richard Erskine Frere Leakey; 1944 m. gruodžio 19 d. – 2022 m. sausio 2 d.[1]) – Kenijos archeologas, antropologas, politikas.

Tėvas Luisas Likis, motina Meri Daglas Liki, brolis Kolinas Likis, duktė Luiza Liki. Nuo 1964 m. dirbo archeologijos ekspedicijose. 1968–1989 m. Kenijos nacionalinio muziejaus, 1989–1994 m. Gamtos tarnybos direktorius, 1997–2001 m. Kenijos parlamento narys.
Žymiausi radiniai – Homo habilis (1972 m.), Homo erectus kaukolė (1975 m.), Homo erectus berniuko griaučiai (1984 m.), pirmasis surado Australopithecus aethiopicus kaukolę (1985 m.).[2]
