Čatirtau (tatāru: Чатыр-Тау, tulkojumā — Telts kalns) ir reģionālas nozīmes valsts dabas liegums Krievijas sastāvdaļas Tatarstānas dienvidaustrumos, kura pamatdaļa ir Čatirtau plato — palieka no kādreizējās augstienes, vairums no kuras erozijas ietekmē noskalojusies.[1] Čatirtau augstākais punkts atrodas 322 m vjl, ap 7 km uz ziemeļiem no Aznakajevas pilsētas.[2][3]

Plato relatīvais augstums pār dažus kilometrus uz dienvidiem tekošās Sterļas upes ieleju sasniedz 180 metrus. Plato austrumdaļā atrodas Urazajevska kalns ar īpaši stāvām nogāzēm.[2] Plato nogāzes izmanto paraplanētāji.[3] Apdzīvotu vietu uz plato nav, apkārtnē izvietoti ciemati un galvenokārt lauksaimnieciskas zemes.
Vidējās mēneša temperatūras netālajā Buguļmā 20. gadsimta sākumā janvārī un februārī bijušas -14,2 °C, jūlijā +18,5 °C, gada nokrišņu daudzums 398 mm ar vasaras maksimumu.[2] 21. gadsimta sākuma dati nosauc Buguļmas janvāra un februāra vidējās temperatūras -11,7 °C un -11,0 °C, jūlija +19,6 °C, bet nokrišņu daudzums pieaudzis līdz 634 mm, vasaras maksimums kļuvis mazāk izteikts.[4]
Nogāzēs dzīvo lielākā Tatarstānas baibaku kolonija — vairāk nekā 7000 īpatņu. Vietējie iedzīvotāji tos, kā arī citus suslikus un murkšķus, uzskatot par svētiem, jo tie bieži ieņem dievlūdzējiem raksturīgu pozu. Vēl no retajiem dzīvniekiem tiek atzīmēti kāmju dzimtas grauzēji, kam šeit ir areāla ziemeļu robeža — stepes lemings (Lagurus lagurus), pelēkais pundurkāmis (Cricetulus migratorius), Eversmana kāmis (Allocricetulus eversmanni), parastā kurmjstrupaste (Ellobius talpinus).[1][3]
18. gadsimtā augstienes rietumu nogāzēs tika iegūts varš, raktuves piederēja tirgotāja Mjasņikova Išterjakovskas vara rūpnīcai. Mūsdienās zināmas 57 šahtas, ir atzīmēti vairāki desmiti mazu raktuvju iegruvumu, pa kuriem var iekļūt kalnā.[1][3][5]
No kalna redzams Hruščova mežs, kurš tā nosaukts pēc PSRS vadītāja Hruščova 1964. gada atpūtas vizītes tajā.[1] Tāpat kā par daudziem kalniem, arī par šo pastāv leģenda, ka tajā paslēpti seni ieroči. Ir arī tautas leģenda, ka uz kalna savu nometni iekārtojis Jemeļjans Pugačovs.[3]
Aizsargājama teritorija izveidota 1972. gadā kā ainavu liegums,[1] pašlaik tā statuss ir kompleksais liegums biotopu, sugu un ainavu aizsardzībai. Lieguma noteikumi aizliedz meliorāciju, derīgo izrakteņu ieguvi, medības un celtniecību, taču pieļauj citu saimniecisku darbību.[6]
