Daugavpils iela ir iela Rīgā, Latgales priekšpilsētas Latgales apkaimē. Iela sastāv no 2 braukšanas joslām ar lielākoties asfalta segumu. Daugavpils iela orientēta dienvidu — ziemeļu virzienā. Tā sākas krustojumā ar Grebenščikova ielu un Latgales ielu un beidzas krustojumā ar Kalupes ielu, kuru var uzskatīt par ielas turpinājumu rietumu virzienā, pie dzelzceļa līnijas Rīga—Lugaži—Valsts robeža uzbēruma.[1]

Ielu ar otrpus uzbērumam esošajām Satekles, Ģertrūdes un Valmieras ielām savieno gājēju tunelis. Kopējais ielas garums ir 861 metrs.[1] Daugavpils ielā ir pārsvarā dzīvojamo namu apbūve (pārsvarā veidojusies laika posmā no 19. gadsimta beigām līdz 20. gadsimta 20. gadiem), tostarp vairākas ēkas Daugavpils ielā ir arhitektūras pieminekļi. Ievērojamākā sabiedriskā ēka ir Rīgas Austrumu izpilddirekcija (Daugavpils ielā 31).
2024. gada sākumā, līdz ar 7. tramvaja maršruta līnijas pārbūvi, pārbūvēts Latgales un Daugavpils ielas krustojums, Daugavpils ielas pieslēgumu pārvirzot pretī Grebenščikova ielai un posmā no Jersikas līdz Latgales ielai ieviešot vienvirziena satiksmi virzienā uz Latgales ielu.
1845. gadā tā minēta ar nosaukumu Mazā Kurpnieku iela (vācu: Kleine Schuster- oder Mattenstrasse, krievu: Малая Шустерская улица). 1859. gadā to Daugavpils pilsētas vārdā pārdēvēja par Dinaburgas ielu (Dünaburger Strasse, Динабургская улица), 1915. gadā par Dvinskas ielu (Двинская улица), 1923. gadā par Daugavpils ielu.[2]
