Ilgu laiku pilsēta atradās Hābsburgu impērijas sastāvā, tās vāciskais nosaukums bija Hansdorfa (vācu: Hannsdorf). No 1918. gada - Čehoslovākijas sastāvā. Pēc Otrā pasaules kara, pamatojoties uz Beneša dekrētiem, tika padzīti pilsētas vācu iedzīvotāji. Kopš 1993. gada - Čehijā.
