Čonu arhipelāgs (spāņu: Archipiélago de los Chonos) ir mazapdzīvots Čīlei piederošs arhipelāgs Dienvidamerikas dienvidrietumu piekrastē Klusajā okeānā.[1] Administratīvi ietilpst Aisenas reģiona Aisenas provincē. Izvietojies ziemeļos no Taitao pussalas, Korkovado līcis tās atdala no Čilojes salas ziemeļos, bet dziļais Moraledas šaurums — no kontinenta piekrastes un Magdalenas salas austrumos. Salas kalnainas ar daudziem līčiem un šaurumiem starp salām. Stipri apmežotas. Lielākās salas ir Melčora, Benhamina un Traigena. Arhipelāgs nosaukts pēc kādreiz to apdzīvojušajiem čonu indiāņiem. Vienīgā apdzīvotā vieta ir Melinka arhipelāga ziemeļos.
