മാൻഡേറ്ററി പലസ്തീൻ^[2]1920 നും 1948 നും ഇടയിൽ പലസ്തീൻ പ്രദേശത്ത് ലീഗ് ഓഫ് നേഷൻസിൻറെ മാൻഡേറ്റ് ഫോർ പാലസ്തീന്റെ നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് കീഴിൽ നിലനിന്നിരുന്ന ഒരു ഭൂമിശാസ്തരപരമായ അസ്തിത്വമായിരുന്നു. ഒന്നാം ലോകമഹായുദ്ധസമയത്ത് (1914-1918), ഒട്ടോമൻ ഭരണത്തിനെതിരായ അറബികളുടെ കലാപവും ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സാമ്രാജ്യത്തിനുകീഴിലെ ഈജിപ്ഷ്യൻ പര്യവേഷണ സേനയുടെ (EEF) പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും ഒട്ടോമൻ തുർക്കികളെ ലെവാന്റിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്താക്കി.^[3]
