Hi I'm sort of guessing that 'spelling' = 'kitba' in Maltese. isn't it?

srl set up a nice template for the Category:Twieldu fis-Seklu 19 which displays like this

• Do you capitilize headings in Maltese? such s this one here. ergo Capitalization Conventions

• I've also got a question on Universities for instance Università ta' Columbia or università ta' Columbia (cf. article on Edward Sapir). Do you capitalize or not?
