काउलो एक प्रकारको वनस्पती हो। यसको बोक्रा चिप्लो हुन्छ। यसको बोक्रा सेल रोटी बनाउनको लागि चामलको पिठोमा मिसाउने गरिन्छ। यसका साथै काउलोको बोक्रा धेरै काममा प्रयोग हुन्छ आजकाल यसको बोक्राको प्रसोधन कार्य चलिरहेको छ।
