Beroemd undercover journaliste Emanuelle werkt samen met haar vriendin Cora Norman om een blank slavennetwerk te onthullen die vrouwen uit verschillende landen over de hele wereld heeft ontvoerd. Omdat elke aanleiding slecht afloopt, begint Emanuelle zich af te vragen of ze ooit een eind kan maken aan deze vreselijke slavernijring.

Controverse

Deze film is in veel gebieden onderworpen aan veel censuur. De versie die wordt vertoond in Frankrijk en enkele andere Europese gebieden bevat hardcore opnames die niet in de originele versie zijn te zien. Eén scène is bijzonder controversieel, omdat het seksuele martelingen verbeeldt waarbij een vrouw, een Duitse herdershond en een slang betrokken zijn oftewel bestialiteit.
