De San Leone I, of San Leone Magno, is een aan paus Leo de Grote gewijde kerk in Rome, gelegen aan de Via Prenestina, in de wijk Prenestino-Labicano.

De kerk werd aan het begin van de jaren vijftig van de twintigste eeuw gebouwd naar een ontwerp van Giuseppe Zander. De bijbehorende parochie werd in 1952 opgericht door de kardinaal-vicaris Clemente Micara. De kerk is opgetrokken uit baksteen, waarop reliëfs zijn aangebracht van Luigi Venturini. Boven de centrale toegangsdeur staat geschreven: Christo: Ieri, Oggi ... Sempre (Christus: Gisteren, Vandaag ... Altijd).
Het interieur heeft drie beuken die worden gescheiden door betonnen pilaren die ook de dakconstructie ondersteunen. De mozaïeken in de triomfboog en de apsis stellen scènes voor uit het leven van paus Leo. De bronzen beeldengroep en het crucifix zijn van Venanzo Crocetti.
De kerk werd in 1965 door paus Paulus VI verheven tot titelkerk. Houders van de titel San Leone I waren:
