Sentraleuropeisk tid er ei tidssone brukt i Sentral-Europa og Algerie. Tidssona ligg ein time før Greenwich middeltid (GMT)/UTC, og blir gjerne oppgjeven som GMT +1 eller UTC +1. Tidssona var tidlegare også kjend som Middeleuropeisk tid.
