Leek er ein by ved elva Churnet i Staffordshire i England. Han fekk bystatus i 1214. Byen er administrasjonssenter for distriktet Staffordshire Moorlands.

Byen hadde i fleire hundre år regelmessige kvegmarknadar. Under den industrielle revolusjonen vart han eit senter for tekstilproduksjon. Denne industrien har hatt ei nedgangstid, men tøyfabrikantar og tilknytte næringar er framleis sterkt representert.
Ingeniøren James Brindley budde i Leek på 1700-talet. Han la ut det meste av kanalnettverket, og bygde ei vassdriven mølle, Brindleymølla i 1752. Mølla er no innreidd som museum.
