Tsjaklovøya (russisk Остров Чкалов, Ostrov Tsjkalov), tidlegare Uddøya (Ostrov Udd), er ei øy sør i Okhotskhavet like ved kysten av Russland. Ho ligg utanfor Stsjastiabukta mellom ein lagune og havet. Bajdukov er ei øy som ligg 2 km lenger søraust.

Tsjkalovøya er lang og smal med ei lengd på 20,5 km og ei breidde på 1 km i snitt.
Øya har mykje fugl som sibirsnipe, raudstrupesnipe, strandvipe, småspove, lappspove og strandsnipe. Kvitkval er vanleg nord for øya.
Administrativt høyrer Tsjkalovøya til Khabarovsk kraj.
Tsjkalovøya er kalla opp etter den sovjetiske piloten Valery Pavlovitsj Tsjkalov (1904-1938), som var kommandør på eit Antonov ANT-25/fly som 20. juli 1936 fauk frå Moskva, over Frans Josefs land, Severnaja Zemlja, Petropavlovsk og Khabarovsk. Flyet landa etter 56 timar og 20 minutt om kvelden i tjukk tåke på ei kyststripe på Uddøya etter å ha tilbakelagt 9374 km. Denne lange flyturen vart kalla «Stalinruta» etter Josef Stalin. For å kunne ta av igjen måtte dei byggje ei 500 meter lang rullebane av tre. Uddøya vart kalla Tsjkalovøya av Stalin til minne om den rekordlange ferda. Tsjkalov sjølv fekk ein høg politisk status og vart vald til nestleiar i Det øvste Sovjet i Sovjetunionen.[1]
