Josh Phillips (fødd Jonathan Hart, 19. desember 1962) er ein engelsk hammonorganist og plateprodusent. Han har arbeidd med The Crazy World of Arthur Brown og The (Kenney) Jones Gang.
I 1993 starta han å turnere med Procol Harum og har sidan 2004 vore fast medlem etter at Matthew Fisher slutta.
